Part of the visual direction hinged on this idea of playing with and a year book design. In the examples below, you can see how the yearbook aesthetic took life in the social media and landing page images (including note like graphics), and with the confetti as a prominent feature on the landing page, social media, and video assets.
As a direct result of the work Will did on this campaign, Teach Plus not only gained additional grants to continue their integral work in advancing the teaching profession, but they also garnered attention from partner organizations whom collaborated with them afterwards on a national report.
