I commissioned a holiday gift from Black Oni for my wife. I was eager to support a great and talented person. The process was easy, I sent some information about my wife and what her personality is like. I sent a few photos that captured her essence and Black Oni worked their magic. They were in constant communication and even helped with finding a great place to print and frame the work.
