Anikara

A major part of Will's background is in comics, anime, and video games. At the early age of 11, he and his brother started to craft their own worlds. Their early childhood sparked into eventually manifesting into a tangible lore to explore. That is where "Anikara" was born, a story about self-discovery, and an exploration of how our past tells the story of who we are in the present, and future. Will wanted to bring a comic book to life that entertains, entices, AND educates through self reflection and at times, critical thought and an analysis of mankind's past.

"Unmasked" behind the scenes

Creating this comic book and the subsequent merchandise was a massive undertaking. This included, but was not limited to, writing the lore and first issue, recording and editing an introductory kickstarter video, trailer for the series, 2d animated monologue, prints/posters, playing cards, t-shirts, and the comic book itself. Over the course of two years, Will has carefully written, illustrated, and compiled this book, along with the many other assets. Below are examples of this process.
